Gems are the in-game currency of Everwood Farm. You can purchase Gems inside the game at a rate of 1 Gem = 0.10 EUR. Prices, including any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Gems are credited to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed. If your Gems do not appear, contact us at support@everwood.farm.

We accept major payment cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please see the Refund Policy page for eligibility, the request process and timelines.

Email us at support@everwood.farm with your account email and purchase details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, as described in the Refund Policy.

Harvest Gems earned in the game can be paid out at a rate of 1 Gem = 0.05 EUR, with a minimum payout of 100 Gems. Full payout conditions and eligibility requirements are set out in our Terms of Service.

Everwood Farm is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older, as stated in our Terms of Service.
